CDBG Revolving Loan Fund Board: Created under Resolution 1997-28, in May of 1997 by the County Commissioners, this board consists of five members – including representatives from the business community, banking community, legal community, a Certified Public Accountant, and a representative of the general public. Larry Watson, serves as the Revolving Loan Fund Administrator. The charge of this board is to publicize the availability of funds, review both County and State Revolving Loan Fund applications, ensure program requirements are
met, and make funding recommendations to the County Commission.
