Step Print Entry Form
- Online Entries - use this form as a guide and then go to "Online Open Class Entries".
- All other Entries (mailing, faxing, delivering) - use this form as your official entry form.
Step Fill Out Entry Form from Department list
- Enter Age, Department Name, Division #, Class # & Description of entries.

b. Mail to the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, 901 N Black, Bozeman MT 59715
c. Deliver to the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, 901 N Black, Bozeman.
d. Fax to Fairgrounds Office at 406-582-3273.
Deadline is July 16 at midnight.
