If you are a beginning member aged 9 or 10, this project is for you. It is designed to give you a broad exposure to the variety in 4-H projects. Exploring 4-H is an age-sequenced project so that 9-year-olds are encourage to complete activities in Leve1, and 10-year-olds are encouraged to complete activities in Level 2. Participation in these two levels should provide a fun learning experience and help prepare you for more advanced work in specific 4-H projects. Exploring 4-H provides an opportunity to explore several projects - home environment, foods, electricity, livestock, clothing, plants, photography, entomology, safety and demonstrations. These manuals suggest things to make and do in each of the activities, most of which can be completed in a short time. You can select the activities you would like
to complete.
