With a consultation appointment, the client will receive:
- printed information on the countries visited
- food and waterborne disease and safety education
- insect-borne disease and prevention information
- information on malaria prophylaxis and traveler's diarrhea, and
- vaccinations, which can be administered at this visit, if desired, and follow-up visits scheduled if needed.
Vaccines for the following are available, in addition to the routine immunizations:
- Yellow Fever
- Typhoid
- Hepatitis A
- Rabies, and
- Meningitis
