2011 FLU CLINIC INFORMATION
Influenza shots cost $25 for ages 6 months - adult
Flu Mist cost $35 for ages 2 years - 49 years
We now bill insurance and are 'in-network' providers for
Allegiance, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MUST and New West.
For qualified children, a suggested donation of $14 is requested; however, no one will be denied services due to the inability to pay
Walk-in Flu Clinics are coming
Starting September 12, we will provide walk-in flu clinics at the health department,
215 W. Mendenhall in Bozeman,
excluding holidays:
Mondays, 2:00pm - 6:00pm, and
Tuesdays, 8:30am - 11:30am
