Yes, you must obtain your license from the Clerk of the District Court. The cost is $30.25 and you must provide a rubella test along with any documents regarding divorce decrees.

Is there a fee for having a wedding ceremony performed by a magistrate at the courthouse?
Yes there is a $30.00 fee for marriages performed at the court. There is an additional fee for weddings performed away from the court. You must contact the court to determine judges availability and cost away from the court.
