This division is currently responsible for numerous things including animal control, civil process, abandoned vehicles, search and rescue, special event coordination, court/building security, training, and extraditions. We currently have two deputies assigned to courtroom security, and one who focuses on civil service and assisting with prisoner transports and extraditions. A Training Sergeant has been promoted to this division, making a total of 5 sworn deputies and two civilians working to provide more efficient service to the citizens of Gallatin County.
