What do you need?

You will need one of the following forms of information:
1. Copy of old registration
2. Renewal notice
3. Vehicle information
a. Title number
b. Plate number
c. Vehicle Identification Number
Via mail- Payment options
1. A check for the amount of registration
2. Credit card- MC or Visa (3 % charge for the use)

Resident of another state – working in Montana
Out of state residents working in Montana must register their vehicles in Montana. You must have a current out of state registration.
Moving to Montana
You will need to transfer your out of state title to Montana in the county in which you reside. See titling requirements.
If you wish to renew in our office we are located at 311 W. Main Room 102 and require one of the above forms of information and for payment we will accept cash in addition to checks and credit cards.
