The Gallatin City-County Health Department performs inspections that assure the safety of the public and the prevention of unsanitary and unhealthful conditions and practices.
The annual license for a Body Art facility is issued by Gallatin City-County Health Department.
Licenses are owner and site specific. Contact Environmental Health Services for an ownership or location change.
A licensing plan review may be required for a new facility or the remodel/expansion of an existing facility.
*Complete and submit a plan review packet
with appropriate fees
*Upon approval of plans schedule a
pre-opening inspection
