Annual inspections are conducted to assure an adequate level of sanitation in sewage disposal, water supply, and refuse disposal.
Trailer Courts, by definition, are considered to be subdivisions. Therefore any new proposal for a Trailer Court must have plans and specifications reviewed and approved by the Department of Environmental Quality. Plans may also be subject to review by the local planning department.
Licenses are owner and site specific. Contact Environmental Health Services for an ownership or location change.
A licensing plan review may be required for a new facility or the remodel/expansion of an existing facility.
