Our home visitation program is for pregnant women. Registered Nurses help women access prenatal care, and provide prenatal health education and support throughout the pregnancy and postpartum. Information is provided on other helpful community resources.
Breastfeeding Support
Registered Nurses provide breastfeeding information and support to individuals through home visitation support and classes.
Classes are open to all individuals (including support care-givers) interested in breastfeeding. Breastfeeding consultations can be made in the home for individuals who need additional support with breastfeeding.

Infant-Child Follow-Me Program
Follow-Me is a home visitation program for parents with children newborn-5 years of age. All families in Gallatin County are eligible. Registered Nurses provide information on
- Parenting
- Normal growth and development
- Nutrition
- Well and ill childcare and
- Community resources as needed
